We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in PHP 5.x, one or more web application frameworks (Yii,
CakePHP,
Should have good knowledge in MySQL and other RDBMS
Very strong understanding and hands-on in DOM, HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery/Prototype and AJAX
Strong understanding of database technologies and SQL Optimization
Strong in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem solving
Should be capable enough to manage clients.
Experience with ReactJS/AngularJS (preferred)
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Word Press Development
Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for Word Press
