We're looking for a Content Head who understands that great content isn't just well-written — it performs. Someone who can lead a team, shape a strategy, and ensure every piece of content serves a real business purpose.
You'll be responsible for overseeing everything from editorial planning and brand voice to content performance and team output. If you know how to connect storytelling with search intent and can manage a creative team with clarity and confidence, this role is for you.
Lead and manage a content team of writers, designers, and video creators — setting the bar for quality and consistency.
Build and own a cross-platform content strategy that ties directly to business and marketing goals.
Plan, prioritize, and oversee content projects from brief to delivery — keeping timelines and standards intact.
Develop original, well-researched content across different industries including tech, finance, and e-commerce.
Understand how content performs in search and adapt strategies based on data and real results.
Maintain a strong command of tone, messaging, and brand voice across all channels — from web to email to social.
Manage client relationships and communicate content performance clearly and confidently.
3–4 years of agency experience or in a similar senior content role.
Min 3 Years to 6 years experience in handling Ads campaigns
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Word Press Development
Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy
2 to 5 years of agency experience in handling social media for brands
4 – 6 years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
1 – 2 years experience in Guest Posting (Guest Blogger)
1 – 2 years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer
