Summary: these Terms cover your use of voctos.net, our Client Portal, and our services. The sections below set out payment and refunds, portal access, confidentiality, ownership of the work, and how either side ends an engagement. The full wording below governs, so ask us about anything that is unclear before you agree to it.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.voctos.net, along with all associated digital marketing services provided by Voctos (“Company”), including access to the VOCTOS Client Portal at portal.voctos.com. By accessing or using this Site, the Portal, or our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of this Site, the Portal, and its services immediately.
Voctos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and where a change materially affects an active engagement, we will notify you by email or through the Client Portal. Any continued use of this Site or the Portal following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Restriction of Liability
Voctos provides its website content, tools, and digital marketing services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality across all content and deliverables, including SEO strategies, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI Search Optimization, Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM), Google Ads campaigns, and all related services, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, reliability, or fitness of any information for a specific purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voctos, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, the Client Portal, or any services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Voctos in the three (3) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
References to any third-party tools, platforms, or services on this Site or the Portal, including Google, Meta, Semrush, or others, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement. Voctos is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions.
Payment & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all digital marketing services purchased through Voctos, including SEO management, GEO services, AI optimization, SERM, Google Ads management, content marketing, social media marketing, link building, mobile app marketing, guest posting, and any other service listed on www.voctos.net.
All service fees are clearly outlined in the agreed proposal or contract prior to commencement. All payments are made by direct bank transfer to the account details provided in your invoice or proposal; we do not collect card details or process payments through this Site or the Portal. Full payment or the agreed installment schedule must be honored to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Voctos reserves the right to revise its pricing structure at any time; however, any changes will not affect active contracts already in force.
Fees paid for one service or campaign are non-transferable to another service offering without prior written approval from Voctos management. Given the nature of digital marketing, where strategy development, resource allocation, and implementation begin immediately upon project initiation, all fees are considered earned and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
In exceptional cases where a service has not yet been initiated, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Voctos management and must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment. Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
For billing inquiries or service-related concerns, please contact our team at [email protected] or call us at +2 01008053953. Our team is available during business hours to address your questions promptly and professionally.
Client Portal Access & Use
Access to the VOCTOS Client Portal (portal.voctos.com) is provided as part of an active engagement and is not sold separately. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
Data you connect to the Portal, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads accounts, remains your property. Voctos accesses it solely to deliver, measure, and report on your contracted services, and will not make changes to any connected ad account without your written or in-Portal approval.
We may suspend or restrict Portal access for non-payment beyond the agreed terms, suspected security compromise, or misuse of the Portal, with notice where reasonably possible. Portal access ends when your engagement ends, subject to a reasonable period for you to export your own data and reports.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all business, technical, campaign, and performance information disclosed by the other party in connection with the services, including data displayed within the Client Portal, and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues for two (2) years after the engagement ends and does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables prepared specifically for you under an active engagement, such as bespoke content, campaign creative, and custom reports, transfer to you upon full payment for the relevant work. Voctos retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, tools, templates, and know-how, and may reuse general techniques and non-confidential learnings developed during your engagement in work for other clients.
Termination & Suspension
Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable proposal or contract. Voctos may suspend or terminate access to the Site, the Portal, or any service immediately and without prior notice in cases of non-payment beyond the agreed terms, suspected fraud or security compromise, or a material breach of this Agreement. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already earned under the Payment & Refund Policy above.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
