Best Healthcare Marketing Agencies in Saudi Arabia (2026)

  • Oct. 12, 2026

We scored 8 healthcare marketing agencies serving Saudi Arabia on 6 published criteria. VOCTOS publishes this list and ranks itself first with 84 of 100 points, followed by Medico Digital (64) and HMA (58).

Hospitals, clinics and labs buy marketing under tighter rules than most sectors: Saudi law limits how practitioners advertise, the SFDA approves ads for medical products, and Google weighs trust signals more heavily on health pages. So we score healthcare evidence and compliance knowledge, not general marketing size. Our ranking of the best SEO companies in Saudi Arabia covers the wider market.

How we scored the agencies

Each agency got a score from 0 to 5 on six criteria, multiplied by a published weight, for a total out of 100. Evidence came only from the agency’s own website, read on 4 October 2026. Where we found nothing, the agency scored low on that line. That is a gap in public evidence, not a judgement on its work.

Criterion Weight What earns a 5
Published healthcare case studies with numbers 25% Named healthcare clients, a timeframe and figures a reader can check
Arabic patient-facing content 20% Arabic health content or Arabic search work shown, written for patients rather than translated
Saudi health advertising compliance 15% Names the Saudi regulators (MOH, SFDA) and explains specific advertising rules on its own site
Search and AI visibility for healthcare 15% Healthcare SEO plus a GEO or AI-search service, with published AI-citation results
Saudi presence 15% A Saudi street address and Saudi healthcare client work
Third-party reviews 10% A rating we could read on an independent platform that day

The reviews line did not work as planned. We could not load Clutch on 4 October 2026, so we could not read any agency’s rating that day. Every agency, VOCTOS included, gets the same neutral 3 out of 5 on reviews until the next review.

The ranking at a glance

VOCTOS leads on healthcare case studies, Arabic health content and AI-search evidence and serves Saudi clients remotely. Medico Digital and HMA are the only other agencies with an AI-search service built for healthcare, and Medico also shows named Gulf hospital work. ClinicScalers is the only agency here whose site names a Saudi health regulator. Positions 4 to 8 sit within 5 points of each other, so read the profiles before the order.

1 VOCTOS Serves Saudi healthcare clients remotely 84 Hospitals, labs and medical groups that want Arabic SEO and AI citations with published Saudi results

The 8 healthcare marketing agencies, profiled

Each profile uses the same five lines: who it suits, where it is based, what its website offers, the evidence, and the score breakdown. Descriptions come only from each agency’s website as read on 4 October 2026. We did not contact any agency, and none paid to be listed.

1. VOCTOS: 84/100

VOCTOS website homepage
VOCTOS, voctos.com, 5 October 2026.

Best for: Saudi hospitals, labs and medical groups that need Arabic SEO and AI-citation results, and can work with a remote team.

Based in: Cairo (New Capital), Egypt. Serves Saudi clients remotely. Its site footer dates the agency to 2017.

What it offers: healthcare SEO built around named clinicians, a named medical reviewer with a visible review date, and medical schema, plus GEO for healthcare, technical SEO and Google Ads.

Evidence: for Delta Medical Labs, a Saudi medical lab, 1,186 keywords rank first in Saudi Arabia and 5,570 pages were cited by AI engines in July 2026 (3,600 AI Overviews, 1,800 AI Mode, 130 ChatGPT, 40 Gemini), on an engagement that started in March 2026. In Semrush AI Visibility for July 2026, Delta scored 18 against 14 for Al Borg Diagnostics and 14 for Wareed; only the Saudi Ministry of Health scored higher, at 22. Al Hokail Medical Group reached 27,500 monthly organic visits in Saudi Arabia, 30 keywords at #1 and 128 pages cited by AI; that case study does not state a start date. Compliance scores 3: this line counts only what an agency’s own service site shows, and the VOCTOS healthcare SEO page says Saudi, UAE and Egyptian rules on medical claims differ and are checked before drafting, but no voctos.com page we read names the Saudi regulators. Its Clutch profile showed 5.0 from 8 reviews when last read on 17 August 2026; that did not count here.

Score notes: case studies 5, Arabic 5, compliance 3, search and AI 5, Saudi presence 3, reviews 3.

2. Medico Digital: 64/100

Medico Digital website homepage
Medico Digital, medicodigital.ae, 5 October 2026.

Best for: hospital groups that want one healthcare-only team for websites, SEO, paid media and GEO, in Arabic and English.

Based in: London (Grays Inn Road), with a Dubai-facing team. It dates its healthcare focus to 2015 and its first Gulf work to 2019. No Saudi office found.

What it offers: per its UAE website, healthcare SEO, Arabic SEO, paid media, bilingual content, right-to-left website builds and a dedicated healthcare AI and GEO visibility page covering Arabic and English answers.

Evidence: named Gulf healthcare projects, including an Arabic site for Royal Free London Private Patients covering 26 specialties, a website for CARE & Planning for Hospitals in Riyadh (launched 2023) and 2019 social campaigns for VPS Healthcare brands. Its GEO page labels these as marketing and web projects, not evidence of AI search results. It names the UAE regulators (DHA, DoH, MOHAP) but no Saudi regulator.

Score notes: case studies 3, Arabic 4, compliance 3, search and AI 4, Saudi presence 2, reviews 3.

3. HMA (Healthcare Marketing Agency): 58/100

HMA (Healthcare Marketing Agency) website homepage
HMA (Healthcare Marketing Agency), healthcare-marketing.agency, 5 October 2026.

Best for: specialist doctors and single-specialty clinics that want personal branding, social and AI search under one plan.

Based in: Burjuman Business Tower, Dubai. Its footer lists Saudi Arabia among its locations alongside Dubai, the UK, Canada and South Africa, with no Saudi address.

What it offers: per its website, SEO, PPC, social media, video, web development and personal branding for doctors and clinics, plus an AI search optimisation service aimed at Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. It says it built an Arabic content team to write patient content for the UAE.

Evidence: its case study library names 10 featured clients, including practices in Dubai and Bahrain, and says 80+ clinics work with it. One featured case, for a plastic surgeon in Vancouver, reports 1,000+ visits and 100+ leads in under two months, with no baseline; we found no Gulf case with result figures on that page. Its only compliance reference we found is “HIPAA-aware systems”, a US standard.

Score notes: case studies 3, Arabic 4, compliance 1, search and AI 4, Saudi presence 2, reviews 3.

4. NEXA: 53/100

NEXA website homepage
NEXA, digitalnexa.com, 5 October 2026.

Best for: healthcare brands that want CRM, marketing automation and lead generation tied to search, social and GEO.

Based in: Dubai Investment Park (head office), with a Riyadh office listed as MAZNEXA KSA and offices in Birmingham, Jersey City and Melbourne. It cites more than 20 years in business.

What it offers: its healthcare marketing page lists branding, websites, social, lead generation, HubSpot CRM setup and email campaigns. Its AI Lab sells a generative search optimisation service for AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, which is not specific to healthcare.

Evidence: the healthcare page says its work with Invisalign and GMC Clinics won Best Use of Digital Marketing for Healthcare at the MENA Search Awards in 2018 and 2019. We found no healthcare result figures, no Arabic health content on the pages read, and no Saudi regulator reference; its GEO page mentions guardrails for regulated language in general terms.

Score notes: case studies 3, Arabic 2, compliance 1, search and AI 3, Saudi presence 4, reviews 3.

5. Bytes Future: 51/100

Bytes Future website homepage
Bytes Future, bytesfuture.com, 5 October 2026.

Best for: Saudi clinics and medical centres that want a Riyadh team running social, SEO and ads together.

Based in: Riyadh (Al Wurud), listed first among its offices, with offices in Dubai Media City and Manama, Bahrain. Its copyright line starts in 2008.

What it offers: its medical and healthcare page describes SEO, social media management, digital advertising and website work for hospitals, medical centres and clinics. Its SEO page describes a dedicated Arabic SEO team.

Evidence: the healthcare page calls the agency “award winning” but names no healthcare client, award or result. Its SEO page shows a client logo wall that includes some health-sector names, without healthcare case studies. We found no GEO service and no reference to MOH or SFDA rules.

Score notes: case studies 1, Arabic 4, compliance 1, search and AI 2, Saudi presence 5, reviews 3.

6. Saura: 50/100

Saura website homepage
Saura, sauragency.com, 5 October 2026.

Best for: clinics that need Arabic medical content, copywriting and reputation work before they scale ads.

Based in: Sharjah Media City Free Zone, UAE (Saura Agency LLC). No Saudi address found.

What it offers: its Saudi healthcare page lists medical SEO and Google Maps, trusted medical content, appointment-driven ads and review management. It also sells copywriting and translation.

Evidence: its one healthcare work card names Al Nahdi and reports “+60% email open rate” on a newsletter campaign, with no baseline or timeframe. Several testimonials come from Saudi clients. We found no GEO service and no reference to Saudi health advertising rules.

Score notes: case studies 2, Arabic 4, compliance 1, search and AI 2, Saudi presence 3, reviews 3.

7. ClinicScalers: 48/100

ClinicScalers website homepage
ClinicScalers, clinicscalers.com, 5 October 2026.

Best for: clinics that want a healthcare-only agency for SEO, Google Ads, social and Arabic content, and can work with a Dubai team.

Based in: Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina, per its website. No Saudi address found; its Saudi page lists Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam among the markets it serves.

What it offers: per its Saudi healthcare page, medical SEO in Arabic and English, Google Ads, social media, local SEO, Arabic healthcare content it says native speakers write, bilingual website design, reputation management and CRM automation.

Evidence: the Saudi page names the Ministry of Health’s advertising guidelines and lists restrictions it follows on before-and-after images, treatment-outcome claims and patient testimonials. It does not mention the SFDA. We found no named client, case study or result figure on its homepage or Saudi page, and no GEO service.

Score notes: case studies 1, Arabic 4, compliance 3, search and AI 2, Saudi presence 2, reviews 3.

8. Social Clinic: 48/100

Best for: large health brands that want campaigns, social media, influencer management and production from a big Saudi team.

Based in: Jeddah (Rovan Tower) and Riyadh (Al Yasmin). Established in 2011 as a social media consultancy, with over 120 staff working in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar and Madinah, per its site.

What it offers: per its website, advertising campaigns, content development, in-house production, media and technology, influencer and community management, crisis management and social listening.

Evidence: healthcare is listed among its client industries, but we found no healthcare case study on the pages we could read; its portfolio page did not load for us. SEO and AI search are not among the services listed on its homepage.

Score notes: case studies 1, Arabic 4, compliance 1, search and AI 1, Saudi presence 5, reviews 3.

Which Saudi rules should a healthcare marketing agency know?

Two sets of rules matter most. Saudi law forbids health practitioners from advertising or promoting themselves except as its implementing regulation allows, and the SFDA requires prior approval before ads for medical devices, non-prescription medicines and other products it supervises. An agency that cannot explain both will put your licence at risk.

An agency that cannot explain both will put your licence at risk.

The practitioner rule sits in Article 10 of the Law of Practicing Healthcare Professions (Royal Decree M/59 of 4/11/1426H, published by the Ministry of Health). It also bars practitioners from showing titles or specialties they have not obtained, and its implementing rule 10-1 rules out commercial ads that are not based on scientific grounds. That touches doctor bios, ad copy and social posts.

The product rule comes from the SFDA’s statement of 27 July 2024: claims in an ad must be approved by the SFDA, the product must be registered or listed, and the ad must not mislead. A dermatology clinic promoting a device-based treatment can fall under both rules at once.

This is not legal advice; confirm current requirements with the regulator. Our checklist of healthcare advertising rules in Saudi Arabia and the UAE covers SFDA fees, platform policies and the UAE side in more detail.

Why does healthcare content need medical review to rank?

Google says its systems give even more weight to content with strong experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trust (E-E-A-T) on topics that could significantly impact people’s health. A health page with no named author, no medical reviewer and no review date competes at a disadvantage, in classic results and in AI answers built from them.

The wording comes from Google’s guide to creating helpful, reliable, people-first content (page last updated 1 October 2026). Google also says E-E-A-T is not a specific ranking factor; the practical test is whether a reader can see who wrote and reviewed the page.

For Saudi providers the work happens in Arabic. Google brought AI Overviews to MENA and to Arabic on 20 May 2025, and Delta Medical Labs’ Semrush AI Visibility score of 18 in July 2026 sat behind only the Ministry of Health (22) among the Saudi health sites in that benchmark. Smaller providers can compete with large health portals inside AI answers, with Arabic pages that carry clinical review.

Each branch of a multi-branch provider also needs its own location page and profile; see our guide to local SEO for multi-branch clinics and labs.

How do you choose a healthcare marketing agency in Saudi Arabia?

Choose on evidence you can check. Ask for one named healthcare result with a timeframe, a plain explanation of the MOH and SFDA rules that apply to your ads, proof of Arabic patient content written for Saudi readers, and how AI citations will be measured. Any agency that promises page-one rankings or guaranteed patient numbers should leave the shortlist.

Questions to put to every agency, including us:

  1. Show me one healthcare case study with a named client, a start date and figures from Search Console or a third-party tool.
  2. Which Saudi rules apply to our doctor pages and our ads, and who checks each ad before it runs?
  3. Who writes our Arabic patient content, and which licensed clinician reviews it before publication?
  4. How will you show author and reviewer names, review dates and medical schema on our pages?
  5. How do you measure whether ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI Overviews cite our pages, and how often will you report it?
  6. How do you handle patient testimonials, before-and-after images and reviews within the rules?
  7. What will you not promise? (A good answer: no guaranteed rankings, traffic or patient volumes.)
  8. If we stop working together, which accounts, content and reports stay with us?

Our read

Our position: in Saudi healthcare marketing, a dated Arabic case study and a named medical reviewer are worth more than an office address or a large creative team. Weigh published health results, compliance knowledge and Arabic clinical content first, then local presence.

The gap at the top of this list is larger than in our Saudi SEO ranking, and the reason is thin public evidence. Of the seven other agencies, none published a dated healthcare result with a baseline, and only ClinicScalers named a Saudi health regulator on the pages we read. Several are strong general agencies; their sites just do not show healthcare-specific proof.

Of the seven other agencies, none published a dated healthcare result with a baseline, and only ClinicScalers named a Saudi health regulator on the pages we read.

Check every agency name an AI tool suggests on that agency’s own site before shortlisting it.

Hiring for a clinic in the UAE or Egypt: what changes?

The checklist travels, but the regulator changes. Dubai clinics answer to the DHA, which re-circulated its social media medical advertising standard in August 2026; Abu Dhabi and federal approvals sit with the DoH and MOHAP. In Egypt, the Egyptian Drug Authority now publishes advertising violations online. Ask any agency which regulator it has worked with.

For Dubai, our breakdown of the DHA social media advertising standards lists the banned claims and influencer rules. Four of the eight agencies above are headquartered in the UAE and a fifth has a Dubai-facing team, so a UAE buyer has more local choice than a Saudi one, but UAE compliance experience does not transfer automatically to Saudi rules.

For Egypt and anyone selling medicines or health products across several Arab markets, our guide to medicine ad rules on social media in Arab markets compares the EDA’s approval rules with the SFDA’s. Ask for keyword research in your patients’ dialect, because Egyptian and Saudi health searches are phrased differently.

FAQ

Which is the best healthcare marketing agency in Saudi Arabia in 2026?

On VOCTOS’s published criteria, checked 4 October 2026, VOCTOS scored highest at 84 of 100, followed by Medico Digital at 64 and HMA at 58. VOCTOS publishes this list. The right agency depends on your needs: published health results, Arabic clinical content, a Riyadh office or AI-search measurement.

Do clinic and hospital ads in Saudi Arabia need approval?

Product ads often do. The SFDA requires prior approval for ads of medical devices, non-prescription medicines and other products it supervises. Separately, Article 10 of the Law of Practicing Healthcare Professions restricts practitioners from advertising themselves except as its regulation allows. This is not legal advice; confirm current requirements with the SFDA and Ministry of Health.

Our agency posts on Instagram but patients still cannot find us on Google. What should we ask for?

Ask for healthcare SEO with Arabic pages for each treatment and branch, named doctors and medical reviewers on those pages, and Google Business Profile work for every location. Then ask for monthly reporting on organic clicks, bookings and AI citations, measured against a dated starting baseline, not on follower counts alone.

Does a healthcare marketing agency need an office in Saudi Arabia?

Not for search and content work, which runs on data, clinical review and technical access. A Saudi office helps with in-person shoots, hospital stakeholder meetings and local invoicing. In our scoring, Saudi presence carries 15% of the total, behind healthcare case studies and Arabic patient content, because those predict results more directly.

Change log and update policy

This list is reviewed every 90 days. We re-read every agency’s website, re-run the same 4 AI prompts, and log any change in score or order here. Agencies can send corrections with a source link, and we publish each change with its date.

  • 4 October 2026: First edition. 8 agencies scored on 6 criteria. Reviews scored neutral for all agencies because Clutch could not be read that day. Next review due by 2 January 2027.

The useful question is not which agency an AI engine names first. It is which agency can show, with dates and named clients, that it has grown a Saudi health provider in Arabic within the advertising rules. If a candidate answers the eight questions above with evidence, shortlist it whatever its rank here. If none can, fix your brief first: list priority treatments and branches, name a clinical reviewer, set a budget, then ask again.
