Graphic Designer
We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join the Voctos creative team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports digital campaigns, brand identity, and client deliverables across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for digital campaigns including social media graphics, display ads, email templates, and landing page visuals
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identities for Voctos clients across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to create visuals optimized for search and AI visibility (GEO-aligned content formats)
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video content for social media and digital advertising
- Create wireframes and UI mockups in coordination with the WordPress development team
- Build presentation decks, reports, and client-facing materials that communicate strategy clearly
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Conduct visual QA on published pages to ensure designs render correctly across devices and screen sizes
- Stay up to date with design trends, platform specifications, and emerging visual formats in digital marketing
- Support the broader team with ad hoc creative requests aligned with campaign goals
What We Look For
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital agency, marketing team, or creative studio
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as core tools
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX mockups and collaborative design workflows
- Strong understanding of digital advertising specifications across Google Display, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok formats
- Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and layout composition principles applied to digital-first contexts
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into campaign visuals that are both on-brand and conversion-focused
- Experience producing motion graphics or short-form video content using After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, revision-heavy environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills to brief and receive feedback effectively from account managers and clients
- A portfolio that demonstrates range, creative thinking, and measurable impact across real client projects

Brief Review and Asset Planning
Start the day by reviewing active campaign briefs and design tickets. Align with the account and SEO teams on priorities, clarify feedback from previous deliverables, and plan your creative output for the day.
Design Production and Creative Development
Deep-focus design time: producing social media graphics, display ads, landing page visuals, or brand identity assets. Iterating on concepts and developing layouts that balance visual impact with conversion intent.
Reviews, Revisions, and Cross-Team Collaboration
Present work-in-progress to account managers or the creative lead for feedback. Coordinate with the WordPress developer on asset integration, and with the content team on visual-copy alignment for campaigns.
Asset Handoff and Project Documentation
Export and organize final assets with proper naming conventions. Update the project board, document design decisions for future reference, and prepare a brief visual summary for the client or account team.
