Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team. This role goes beyond managing budgets — you will be the person who turns ad spend into measurable growth for our clients across search, display, shopping, and YouTube campaigns. You will own the full campaign lifecycle: from strategy and keyword mapping to audience targeting, bid management, and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with our SEO and AI Optimization teams to align paid search with organic and generative search signals, making every campaign smarter. If you understand how Google's auction model works, how to read Quality Score signals, and how to speak confidently to clients about performance, this role is for you.

What We're Looking For

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment handling multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube with real budget accountability. Deep understanding of bid strategies, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 integration. Experience identifying performance patterns and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients. Comfortable managing high-budget accounts while keeping CPA, ROAS, and impression share targets on track. Strong communication skills — you should be able to present weekly and monthly reports confidently and handle client relationships independently. Genuine curiosity about where paid search is heading, especially with AI-driven campaign types and automation features.
