W3Techs, read 7 Oct 2026

Arabic is the content language of 0.6% of all websites whose language is known, according to W3Techs (read 7 October 2026). That gap is why a good Arabic writer is worth paying for: a well-built Arabic page competes against far fewer pages than its English twin. We have no Semrush data on searches for Arabic content agencies in this edition, so we make no demand claim.

How we scored the agencies

Each agency got a score from 0 to 5 on six criteria, multiplied by a published weight, for a total out of 100. Evidence came from the agency’s own website, read on 7 October 2026. Where we found nothing on a line, the agency scored 2, which reflects a gap in public evidence rather than a judgement on its writing.

What did Google AI Mode say?

Asked for the best Arabic content writing agencies on 7 October 2026, Google AI Mode named 4 agencies in English and mixed 3 agencies with 3 freelance platforms in Arabic. The two answers shared no agency, and the Arabic answer put two freelance marketplaces in its top three.

Our team ran each prompt once, at about 16:30 Cairo time, with Google AI Mode signed out and set to Saudi Arabia. The English prompt ran in Chrome; the Arabic prompt ran in the built-in browser of our desktop app on the same machine, also with no Google account. We did not run Perplexity, ChatGPT or Gemini for this list, because signed-in accounts personalise answers.

Engine Language Named, in order Main sources shown
Google AI Mode (signed out, Saudi Arabia) English Taglime; GOTOMENA; unverified agency; unverified agency A Sortlist list, GOTOMENA’s site, Taglime’s site
Google AI Mode (signed out, Saudi Arabia) Arabic Istakteb (platform); Mostaql and Khamsat (freelance marketplaces); MENABloom; unverified agency; Hashtag Istakteb, an unverified agency’s site, MENABloom, Hashtag

“Unverified agency” means a firm whose headquarters we could not confirm from its own site on 7 October 2026. For two of them we could not identify an official website, and the third names no headquarters on its own site. Across the nine lists AI Mode answered for us that afternoon, VOCTOS was named in 1 of 18 answers, and only as an example of a Google-certified partner.

We publish our own zero on purpose. We have grown Arabic content programmes that AI engines cite on thousands of pages, but nobody has yet written our own brand into the sources AI Mode trusts for this question. Those are different jobs.

1. VOCTOS: 75/100

Best for: brands that need Arabic content to rank on Google and get cited in AI answers, and can work with a team outside the Gulf.

Based in: Cairo (New Capital), Egypt. Founded in 2017.

What it offers: content marketing as part of SEO and GEO (generative engine optimisation): topic and prompt research, a brief per article, answer-first writing, publishing with schema and internal links, and monthly ranking and AI-citation reports. Its content marketing page lists packages of 10, 15 or 20 articles a month at roughly 850 to 1,500 words each, priced after a scoping call.

Evidence: for Planet VPN’s Arabic site, which targets Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, ranked keywords grew 85.7% to 8,800, reaching 102,800 monthly organic clicks in September 2025, with #1 positions for top Arabic VPN terms on Google.com.sa. For Esaal, an Arabic mental-health consultation platform serving Saudi Arabia and Egypt, the blog drew 220K Google clicks over 12 months and 753 pages were cited by AI engines. For Delta Medical Labs, an Arabic-language Saudi lab, 1,186 keywords rank #1 in Saudi Arabia and 5,570 pages are cited by AI engines (July 2026).

Score notes: results 5, search integration 5, dialect 3 (Saudi, Gulf and Egyptian markets in case studies, no dialect policy), editorial 3 (writers reviewed by the account specialist; native writers and expert review not stated), Gulf presence 2, pricing 3 (package scope, no price).

2. Taglime: 71/100

Best for: Saudi brands, B2B firms and government entities that want copy written in Saudi Arabic rather than translated.

Based in: Riyadh, per the footer of its website, which says it has worked with brands since 2017. The contact number shown is a UAE number, and we found no street address.

What it offers: Arabic and English copywriting, translation and transcreation, Saudi localisation, tone-of-voice strategy, website content and an SEO service page.

Evidence: named case studies for Red Sea Global, Saudia and Unifonic (2025 to 2026), where it describes SEO website copy across 10+ pages, a bilingual glossary and GEO work, with Arabic page samples but no traffic or citation figures. Its Arabic copywriting page explains when it uses Modern Standard Arabic, “White Arabic”, Najdi and Hijazi. Its homepage claims 78% repeat customers in 2025. We found no published price.

Score notes: results 3, search integration 4, dialect 5, editorial 3, Gulf presence 4, pricing 2.

3. GOTOMENA: 68/100

Best for: European and global brands that want Arabic content run in English, from a team in their own time zone.

Based in: Passeig de Gracia 17, Barcelona, with a second address in London, per its website. It calls itself the first European-based Arabic marketing agency.

What it offers: Arabic content writing, translation and localisation, plus Arabic SEO, PPC, social media and an Arabic AI visibility service.

Evidence: its Arabic content page sets out a six-step process (brief, glossary, writing, native review, SEO, reporting), says every piece is checked by a second native speaker, and gives writing guidance by market for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, the Levant, the smaller Gulf states and the Maghreb. Its case studies report results such as +340% organic traffic, but under anonymised names without dates. We found no published price.

Score notes: results 3, search integration 4, dialect 5, editorial 4, Gulf presence 2, pricing 2.

4. Aurora Hikma: 67/100

Best for: UAE and Saudi organisations that need translation-led content and social copy in a specific dialect.

Based in: Rasis Business Center, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, per its contact page, with a Saudi team in Jeddah and a content team in Algiers. Founded in 2016; its site says the team is entirely women.

What it offers: per its services page, translation, copywriting, content creation, SEO, social media, paid search, website localisation and PR.

Evidence: named projects without search figures, such as six months of social content in Najdi dialect for an F&B brand in Riyadh, Saudi Arabic social content for a Ministry of Culture account, and Arabic keyword research for Al Rajhi Takaful’s Google Ads. Its homepage claims a 90% translation approval rate. We found no AI-search service on its own site and no published price.

Score notes: results 3, search integration 3, dialect 4, editorial 3, Gulf presence 5, pricing 2.

5. Digital Gravity: 62/100

Best for: Dubai companies rebuilding a website that want English and Arabic copy written into the build.

Based in: Office M-13, The Curve Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

What it offers: per its copywriting page, SEO copywriting, bilingual Arabic copywriting, website and advertising copy and “GEO centric” content, alongside a dedicated GEO service page.

Evidence: the page says a dedicated team writes its Arabic content, and shows unnamed testimonials. Its case studies centre on website builds, and we found no Arabic content results or dialect detail. Its enquiry form shows a budget slider from AED 5K to AED 100K+, not specific to content.

Score notes: results 2, search integration 4, dialect 2, editorial 3, Gulf presence 5, pricing 3.

6. Hashtag: 57/100

Best for: consumer brands in Saudi Arabia and the UAE that want social media content, not web or SEO writing.

Based in: Building G06, Dubai Studio City, with a Riyadh office in An Nuzhah, per its website. Established in 2011.

What it offers: social media strategy, content creation, community management, paid social and UGC.

Evidence: video samples for brands such as Al Marai and Styli, a client list including Saudi Tourism, and a named content team with a head of content, a director of content and a senior copywriter. We found no SEO service, no dialect detail and no price.

Score notes: results 3, search integration 2 (no SEO service), dialect 2, editorial 3, Gulf presence 5, pricing 2.

7. MENABloom: 54/100

What it offers: content strategy, video production, motion graphics, podcasts, blogs and articles, social media management, influencer and B2B marketing.

Evidence: named projects for the Digital Cooperation Organization, Lenovo, Honor and Motorola Arabia, centred on events, social and influencer work. We found no Arabic search results, no dialect policy, no described review step and no price.

Score notes: results 3, search integration 2, dialect 2, editorial 2, Gulf presence 5, pricing 2.

What about Mostaql, Khamsat and Istakteb?

Mostaql and Khamsat are freelance marketplaces, and Istakteb is a writing platform, so we did not score them as agencies. Google AI Mode’s Arabic answer listed all three alongside agencies. They suit buyers who already have a strategist writing briefs and an editor checking drafts, and want a cheaper pair of hands.

On a marketplace you hire an individual writer, and the quality depends on that person. Nobody on the platform side owns your keyword plan, your glossary or what the article does after it goes live. That is a fair trade for a one-off product description or a social caption. It is a poor one for a 40-article programme in a health or finance topic, where one wrong claim costs more than the writer’s fee.

If you go this way, test three writers on the same paid brief, ask each which dialect they would use and why, and keep the best one on a monthly retainer. The editorial checks in the questions further down apply to a freelancer just as they do to an agency.

Which Arabic should your content be written in?

Write web and SEO pages for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf mostly in Modern Standard Arabic, and use dialect where the reader expects a human voice: ads, social posts and some headlines. Two of the agencies here publish dialect guidance on their sites and a third shows dialect projects; the best of them explain the choice market by market rather than offering “Arabic” as one product.

A writer who only knows one register will miss half the phrasings your buyers use.

The difference shows up in search. Searchers type in a mix of formal and dialect words, and spellings vary, as our guide to Arabic spelling variants shows. A writer who only knows one register will miss half the phrasings your buyers use. Taglime and GOTOMENA both treat Saudi copy as more formal than UAE copy, and both distinguish Gulf usage from Egyptian.

Ask a candidate agency to name the dialect it would use for your top five pages, and why. A good answer names the market, the page type and the reader. A weak answer is “Modern Standard Arabic for everything” or “whatever the client prefers”. For Egyptian audiences, ask for writers who use Egyptian Arabic in ads and social, since that is where dialect matters most.

Does Arabic content need to be written for AI search too?

Yes, because Google has shown AI Overviews to Arabic searchers since 20 May 2025, and those answers quote pages that state facts clearly in the first lines. Only VOCTOS, among the seven agencies here, publishes AI-citation counts for Arabic content it wrote.

Writing for AI search is mostly good editing: a direct answer near the top of each section, one claim per sentence, named sources and schema markup. On Esaal’s Arabic blog, VOCTOS reports 753 pages cited by AI engines over 12 months, alongside 220K Google clicks. That is one client in one category, not a promise for yours, and it says nothing about the other agencies’ unpublished work.

Rankings and AI citations are checkable; style claims are not.

Three other agencies describe AI-search or GEO work on their own sites (Taglime, GOTOMENA and Digital Gravity), without published citation results. For how Arabic pages earn citations, read our guide to GEO for Arabic content, or see our ranking of GEO agencies in Saudi Arabia.

How do you choose an Arabic content writing agency?

Choose on writing you can read and results you can check, not on a chatbot’s shortlist or an agency’s own ranking claims. Ask every candidate, including us, for the same evidence before you sign:

  1. Show me three Arabic pages you wrote that are live today, and tell me what each one ranks for.
  2. Which dialect would you use for my homepage, my ads and my blog, and why?
  3. Is the writer a native speaker from my target market, and who edits the draft?
  4. For health, finance or legal topics, which qualified expert reviews the facts, and is that review named on the page?
  5. Do you write from scratch in Arabic, or translate an English draft?
  6. How do you check whether ChatGPT, Gemini or AI Overviews cite the pages you write?
  7. What is the price per article or per month, and what does it include?
  8. Who owns the glossary, the briefs and the content if we stop working together?

Health, finance and legal content deserves the most care. Our ranking of healthcare marketing agencies in Saudi Arabia covers the regulated side in more depth.

Our read

Our position: in 2026 an Arabic content agency should be judged on what its pages do after they are published, not on how elegant they read in a pitch deck. Rankings and AI citations are checkable; style claims are not.

Buying from Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Egypt: what changes?

The checklist travels, but the dialect and the agencies near you change. Saudi buyers should weight dialect range higher, because Saudi copy is the most formal in the Gulf; Taglime is the only agency here built around Saudi dialects, and Aurora Hikma has a Jeddah team. UAE buyers will often need English and Arabic side by side on the same page.

In the UAE, Aurora Hikma, Digital Gravity, MENABloom and Hashtag all have UAE addresses, and our ranking of SEO companies in Dubai covers agencies that combine bilingual SEO with content. For Saudi search more broadly, see our ranking of the best SEO companies in Saudi Arabia. Egyptian buyers should ask for writers who work in Egyptian Arabic for ads and social, and Modern Standard Arabic for search pages.

FAQ

Which is the best Arabic content writing agency in 2026?

On VOCTOS’s published criteria, checked on 7 October 2026, VOCTOS scored highest at 75 of 100, followed by Taglime at 71 and GOTOMENA at 68. VOCTOS publishes this list. For Saudi dialect copywriting Taglime fits better; for search results and AI citations, VOCTOS publishes the most evidence.

How much does Arabic content writing cost?

None of the seven agencies we scored published a price per article or per month on 7 October 2026. VOCTOS publishes package sizes of 10, 15 or 20 articles a month, priced after a scoping call. Digital Gravity’s enquiry form shows budgets from AED 5K to AED 100K+, not specific to content. Ask for a written per-article price.

My agency just translates our English pages into Arabic. Is that enough?

No. Translation keeps the meaning but not the search phrases, dialect or examples Arab readers respond to. Several of the agencies we read say on their sites that literal translation fails for marketing copy. Ask for Arabic keyword research and a dialect decision for each page before anything is written for Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Egypt.

Should Arabic website content use Modern Standard Arabic or a dialect?

Use Modern Standard Arabic for most web and SEO pages, because it reads correctly across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and the rest of the region. Use dialect for ads, social posts and campaigns aimed at one market. Taglime and GOTOMENA publish dialect guidance; ask any agency to explain its choice page by page.

Are Mostaql and Khamsat good alternatives to an agency?

They suit short, one-off tasks when you already have someone writing briefs and editing drafts. Mostaql and Khamsat are freelance marketplaces, so quality depends on the individual writer, and nobody owns your keyword plan or results. For a long programme in health, finance or legal topics, an agency with a named review step is safer.

Change log and update policy

This list is reviewed every 90 days: we re-read every agency’s website, re-run the same 2 AI Mode prompts and record changes here. Agencies can send corrections with a source link.

  • 7 October 2026: First edition. 7 agencies scored on 6 criteria. Live test on Google AI Mode in English and Arabic. Freelance marketplaces and writing platforms are listed but not scored. Three names from the AI answers are masked because we could not find their official sites or confirm their headquarters. Next review due by 5 January 2027.

The useful question is not which agency an AI engine names first, but which can show you live Arabic pages it wrote, what they rank for, and who checked them. If you already have that evidence from an agency, test it on a paid pilot of five articles; if you do not, ask for it before you compare prices.
