Our SEO method: what we do,
in what order, and why

Most SEO retainers fail on sequencing, not on effort. We have run 500+ projects since 2017, and the campaigns that compound share one habit. Technical debt gets cleared before new content ships.

Content earns its position before anyone chases a link. Reverse that order and you pay for the same page twice. This page is the order, written down.

Does any of this sound like your last SEO report?

  • Rankings moved, revenue did not, and nobody can name the pages that earned the money.
  • Your strongest page is stuck on page three because of a template problem no one audited.
  • ChatGPT and AI Overviews quote a smaller competitor by name, and never quote you.
What we actually do

We clear what caps the site, build the pages that earn positions, then earn the citations that hold them. In that order. Most reports read as activity logs because the work was never sequenced, so month six repeats month two. This page sets out the sequence we run and why each step has to come before the next.

Why do we sequence the work instead of sprinting at it?

Every campaign runs in a fixed order: audit, fix, build, earn. The order is fixed because skipping a step costs money later, and what flexes is the weighting. A site with 4,000 indexable URLs and a crawl problem spends month one on templates. A clean 40-page site spends month one on content.

How do SEO, content and web move as one team?

Most agencies file a ticket with your developers and wait a quarter. We do not. Strategists, writers and web engineers sit on the same campaign, so a technical fix and the content that depends on it ship in the same sprint instead of two quarters apart. One team, one sprint.

What will we not promise you?

We will not promise you a position, a ranking, or a traffic figure, because nobody can, and an agency that does is selling you a coin flip. What we commit to is a named scope, a named owner, and a monthly number you can check inside your own analytics without asking us.

We are not an SEO vendor.
We are the team your CFO can audit.

Here is the order the work runs in: onboarding sets the plan, the framework sets the weighting, content earns the position, and web implementation holds it. Each phase below names what you receive and when. Nothing in it moves until the phase before it has produced something you can check.

🎯

Strategic Onboarding

Onboarding runs 14 days and produces one thing: a 90-day plan with named owners and dates. We audit the site, map the competitive gap, and pull your top 200 keyword opportunities before we recommend anything.

You approve the priority list at the end of week two. We do not start work you have not seen.

You leave onboarding knowing which pages we touch first, what each one is expected to move, and how we will know if it did not work.

📈

A Flexible SEO Framework

Your SEO strategy builds on the competitive analysis, keyword research, and goal alignment established during onboarding.

From there, your dedicated strategist proactively monitors performance and adapts your strategy to keep you ahead of the curve.

We view our team as an extension of yours, so we’re committed to partnering with you in a transparent, collaborative way that keeps you informed and in control every step of the journey.

✍️

High-Quality Content

Because we spend time understanding your brand, voice and market during onboarding, our content team writes pieces that resonate with your audience and earn the rankings you are after.

Although your content strategy is aligned with your SEO strategy, it is not bound by it, so our writers go deeper, wider and bolder when the opportunity calls for it.

That is the point.

🔧

Thoughtful Web Maintenance and Implementation

After completing an initial technical audit, our team stays proactive, continually optimizing site content, structure, and performance to meet the evolving demands of search engines and users alike.

By autonomously resolving on-site issues identified by your SEO strategist each month, we can swiftly address problems that would otherwise wait on your internal dev team.

Send us the page that should be ranking.

One URL is enough. We will tell you what is capping it, what we would do first, and whether we are the right team for it. No deck, no discovery call you sit through twice, and if the answer is that you do not need us yet, that is the answer you get.

Schedule a call, where you’ll:

  • Tell us the commercial goal, not the keyword you think you want.
  • See the first 90 days mapped, with owners and dates, before you sign anything.
  • Hear plainly whether your budget fits the problem, or does not.

Why does every campaign get a different scope?

Scope is set by what is capping your site, not by a package tier. A site with a crawl problem gets templates first. A site with authority but thin coverage gets content first, and the list below is the menu we select from, not a checklist we run end to end. That is the whole rule.

Which verticals do we have real reps in?

We take work in these verticals because we already know where they break. If yours is not listed, ask. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it. The five below are the ones we work in most, and each one names what actually breaks there before it names a service.

Multi-Location SEO

Multi-location sites fail on duplication far more than on links, because twenty city pages built from one template compete with each other and none of them wins.

We rebuild each one around evidence that only applies to that location, then consolidate the pages that should never have been published.

GOT QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

The seven objections we hear most, answered without the sales layer, so each answer states what we do, what we will not do, and where the limit sits. Where a question has no honest answer that helps you, we say that instead of filling the space.

That is a scoping failure, not a reporting failure, because most retainers are priced by deliverable count and the agency gets paid to produce documents instead of moving a number. We scope by outcome instead.

Every campaign names the pages we are touching, the metric each page is meant to move, and the date we will know. When a page misses, it appears in the report as a miss, with no smoothing.

Across the engagements we have run, ranking movement shows between month 3 and month 6, and traffic and lead growth lands between month 6 and month 12.

Those windows stretch on sites carrying crawl or authority problems, and they compress on clean sites that already have brand demand. We tell you which of the two you are during onboarding, before you commit to a year of spend. You will know which.

Onboarding is 14 days, not three weeks. It produces a technical audit, a competitor gap analysis, a keyword opportunity map, and a 90-day plan with owners and dates against each task.

You approve the priority list at the end of week two. Work starts in week three, on pages you have already signed off.

Arabic search is where most of our original data comes from. We run Arabic campaigns across Egypt and the Gulf, including a medical lab now cited on 5,570 AI pages, which Semrush scored at 18 on AI Visibility in Saudi Arabia in July 2026 against 14 for Al Borg Diagnostics and 0 for Alfa Lab.

Arabic AI citation does not behave like English AI citation, and very few teams have measured the gap, but we have.

Three workstreams. Search covers keyword strategy, technical audits, on-page work, schema and link acquisition. Content covers editorial planning, landing pages and the entity work that builds topical authority.

Web covers Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirect mapping and conversion fixes. The mix is fixed in onboarding, and every monthly report shows hours spent against the outcome each block was meant to produce.

Then the report is built wrong. Yours shows organic traffic, ranking movement, conversions, technical health and AI citation counts, each against the baseline we recorded in month zero.

Revenue attribution too, wherever your analytics supports it. You also get a named strategist you can call directly, which in practice matters more than the document.

Sometimes, and we will say so. SEO needs a budget that can sustain 9 to 12 months of compounding work before it pays back.

If yours covers three months, we will tell you to spend it on a channel with a faster payback rather than take it. We would rather lose the engagement than bill for a year that cannot produce a result.
