VOCTOS does not have a published SaaS case study yet. We are saying that first because the alternative is a ghost client. What we do have is a named roster with published AI-citation counts: Esaal at 753 cited pages, Eduverse at 171, VPNly at 149, Al Hokail at 128, Ovasave at 97. This page sets out which parts of that work transfer to your B2B SaaS site, which parts do not, and what we would need before any of it could be called a SaaS result.
📌 What This Page Claims, And What It Does Not
- No B2B SaaS client appears anywhere on the VOCTOS roster, and none is claimed here
- Five named clients carry published AI-citation counts: Esaal 753, Eduverse 171, VPNly 149, Al Hokail 128, Ovasave 97
- Delta Medical Labs breaks its citations by engine, measured July 2026: 3,600 AI Overview, 1,800 AI Mode, 130 ChatGPT, 40 Gemini
- Google surfaces carry almost all of it. The chat assistants account for 170 of Delta’s cited pages
AI-Cited Pages, Five Named Clients, Published On voctos.com
The Five Clients, And Why None Of Them Is SaaS
None of the five is a B2B SaaS platform. Esaal and Al Hokail are healthcare, Eduverse is education, VPNly is a consumer VPN, Ovasave is femtech. Ovasave is the closest analogue: it sells a subscription, and voctos.com publishes its conversion figure, not a traffic figure, SEO conversions up 46 percent over six months.
That is a different and harder number to move than sessions.
growth in SEO conversions for Ovasave across six months. It is the one VOCTOS result stated as conversions rather than as sessions, which makes it the one closest to what a SaaS buyer actually cares about.
📊 Delta Medical Labs: Cited Pages By Engine, July 2026
Google AI Overview: 3,600 pages Google AI Mode: 1,800 pages ChatGPT: 130 pages Gemini: 40 pages Organic keywords ranked: 159,200Source: voctos.com case study, Delta Medical Labs, engine split measured July 2026
What Does This Data Not Prove?
Four limitations, named rather than hedged. These are counts of pages cited, not queries won, so a page quoted once and a page quoted daily score identically. The measurement window differs by client, from six months for Ovasave to two years for Eduverse, which makes the counts hard to compare with each other.
None of the five is B2B SaaS. And no engagement here ran a control group, so the work is correlated with the lift rather than proven to have caused it.
How Every Number On This Page Was Measured
Every figure on this page was read off a published case study on voctos.com rather than off an internal dashboard, and you can open each one. Citation counts come from Semrush AI visibility reporting, which samples engine answers and attributes the cited URLs back to a domain. Clicks and impressions come from Google Search Console on the client property.
Keyword counts come from Semrush organic research. Where the source page states a window we repeat it, and where it does not, we say so instead of guessing one.
🗓 What Transfers To A SaaS Site, And What Does Not

| Esaal | Telehealth, Arabic and English | 753 | 12 months |
| Eduverse | Online school | 171 | 2024 to 2026 |
| VPNly | VPN للمستهلكين | 149 | To February 2026 |
| Al Hokail Medical Group | Healthcare group | 128 | Not stated on the source page |
| Ovasave | FemTech, UAE | 97 | 6 أشهر |
| مختبرات دلتا الطبية | Medical laboratories | 3,600 AI Overview, 1,800 AI Mode, 130 ChatGPT, 40 Gemini | March 2026 to present |
What Would We Need Before Publishing A SaaS Case Study?
- A named SaaS client who agrees to be named, because an anonymous logo is not evidence
- A baseline recorded before the work starts, rather than reconstructed once the numbers look good
- A published query set, so that any citation rate has a denominator you can audit
- A dated window, the way voctos.com states six months for Ovasave and 2024 to 2026 for Eduverse
- A named limitation, because no VOCTOS engagement to date has run a control group
What Actually Drives AI Citation?
One factor matters more than any other, and it is not budget. Engines quote self-contained paragraphs from domains they already associate with the topic. Delta’s engine split shows where that lands in practice: 5,400 of its cited pages sit on Google surfaces and 170 sit inside chat assistants.
Our إطار GEO الخاص بنا and our اكتساب الاستشهادات في ChatGPT are both built around that ratio, which is why we push clients at AI Overviews before ChatGPT. If your buyers genuinely start inside a chat assistant, tell us and we will argue about it with you. For the wider strategy view, see our دليلنا الشامل لتحسين البحث بالذكاء الاصطناعي في مصر.
📋 Four Things We Will Say Without A SaaS Case Study
If an agency shows you an anonymous SaaS case study with a citation rate and no query set, ask for the query set. We do not have a SaaS one to show you either. I would rather tell you that than invent a client, because the invented version is the one you cannot check.
الأسئلة الشائعة
Every agency I speak to has a SaaS case study. Why do you not have one?
Because our roster is healthcare, education, VPN, femtech, forex and local food, and none of it is B2B SaaS. The failure mode you are guarding against has a name: the ghost client, an unnamed logo carrying a citation rate with no denominator behind it. We would rather show you Esaal at 753 cited pages, named and published, and let you judge whether the mechanism carries across.
Fine, but does any of this actually transfer to my category?
Partly, and the split is worth being precise about. Schema, entity clarity and answer-first structure are mechanical, and they transfer completely. Comparison hubs almost certainly matter more in SaaS than in healthcare, and we have no data of our own on that. The Arabic-language advantage transfers not at all if you sell into North America.
You are in Cairo. Can you work on a product sold in North America?
Yes, with the caveat already stated above: our Arabic and Gulf search advantage is worth nothing to you. What carries is the technical and structural work, which we run in English for clients in Europe and North America. Ovasave in the UAE and Ogaei Virtual Care in Canada are the two on the roster furthest from our home market, and Ogaei went from three monthly clicks to 7,931 between August 2025 and May 2026.
Two Ways To Use This Page
If you already track a named baseline and a fixed query set, we can start on structure this month and measure against your own numbers. If you do not, that is the first job, and it is unglamorous: pick thirty queries your buyers genuinely ask, record which brands the engines name today, and date the record.
Book my AI visibility check Either way, ask us for the query set. Then ask every other agency on your list for theirs.
