Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.voctos.net, along with all associated digital marketing services provided by Voctos (“Company”), including access to the VOCTOS Client Portal at portal.voctos.com. By accessing or using this Site, the Portal, or our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of this Site, the Portal, and its services immediately.

Voctos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and where a change materially affects an active engagement, we will notify you by email or through the Client Portal. Any continued use of this Site or the Portal following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

تُقدّم VOCTOS محتوى موقعها وأدواتها وخدمات التسويق الرقمي "كما هي" و"حسب التوفر". وعلى الرغم من حرصنا على دقة وجودة جميع المحتويات والنتائج — بما يشمل استراتيجيات SEO وتحسين محركات البحث التوليدية (GEO) وتحسين البحث بالذكاء الاصطناعي وإدارة السمعة الرقمية (SERM) وحملات Google Ads وسائر الخدمات ذات الصلة — إلا أننا لا نُقدّم أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.

في أقصى الحدود التي يُجيزها القانون المعمول به، لن تكون VOCTOS ومديروها وموظفوها وشركاؤها وشركاتها التابعة مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرَضية أو تبعية أو تأديبية ناجمة عن استخدامك للموقع أو الخدمات المُقدّمة أو عن عدم قدرتك على استخدامها. ويشمل ذلك — على سبيل المثال لا الحصر — خسارة الإيرادات، وفقدان البيانات، وضياع الفرص التجارية، أو الأضرار التي تلحق بالسمعة. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك في أي مطالبة إجمالي المبلغ المدفوع لـ VOCTOS خلال الثلاثة أشهر السابقة للمطالبة.

References to any third-party tools, platforms, or services on this Site or the Portal, including Google, Meta, Semrush, or others, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement. Voctos is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions.

سياسة الدفع والاسترداد

تسري هذه السياسة على جميع خدمات التسويق الرقمي المُشتراة عبر VOCTOS، بما يشمل: إدارة SEO، وخدمات GEO، وتحسين الذكاء الاصطناعي، وSERM، وإدارة Google Ads، والتسويق بالمحتوى، والتسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وبناء الروابط، والتسويق لتطبيقات الجوال، والنشر كضيف، وأي خدمة أخرى مدرجة على www.voctos.net.

All service fees are clearly outlined in the agreed proposal or contract prior to commencement. All payments are made by direct bank transfer to the account details provided in your invoice or proposal; we do not collect card details or process payments through this Site or the Portal. Full payment or the agreed installment schedule must be honored to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Voctos reserves the right to revise its pricing structure at any time; however, any changes will not affect active contracts already in force.

الرسوم المدفوعة مقابل خدمة أو حملة معينة غير قابلة للتحويل إلى خدمة أخرى دون موافقة خطية مسبقة من إدارة VOCTOS. ونظراً لطبيعة التسويق الرقمي — حيث تبدأ عمليات وضع الاستراتيجية وتخصيص الموارد والتنفيذ فور إطلاق المشروع — تُعدّ جميع الرسوم مكتسبة وغير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء العمل.

في الحالات الاستثنائية التي لم تُبدأ فيها الخدمة بعد، يجوز النظر في طلبات الاسترداد وفق تقدير إدارة VOCTOS المنفرد، وذلك بشرط تقديم الطلب كتابياً خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الدفع. وستُعالَج أي مبالغ مستردة معتمدة خلال 14 يوم عمل عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

Client Portal Access & Use

Access to the VOCTOS Client Portal (portal.voctos.com) is provided as part of an active engagement and is not sold separately. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

Data you connect to the Portal, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads accounts, remains your property. Voctos accesses it solely to deliver, measure, and report on your contracted services, and will not make changes to any connected ad account without your written or in-Portal approval.

We may suspend or restrict Portal access for non-payment beyond the agreed terms, suspected security compromise, or misuse of the Portal, with notice where reasonably possible. Portal access ends when your engagement ends, subject to a reasonable period for you to export your own data and reports.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all business, technical, campaign, and performance information disclosed by the other party in connection with the services, including data displayed within the Client Portal, and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues for two (2) years after the engagement ends and does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables prepared specifically for you under an active engagement, such as bespoke content, campaign creative, and custom reports, transfer to you upon full payment for the relevant work. Voctos retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, tools, templates, and know-how, and may reuse general techniques and non-confidential learnings developed during your engagement in work for other clients.

Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable proposal or contract. Voctos may suspend or terminate access to the Site, the Portal, or any service immediately and without prior notice in cases of non-payment beyond the agreed terms, suspected fraud or security compromise, or a material breach of this Agreement. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already earned under the Payment & Refund Policy above.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
