Client Portal Access & Use<\/h2>

Access to the VOCTOS Client Portal (portal.voctos.com) is provided as part of an active engagement and is not sold separately. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.<\/p>

Data you connect to the Portal, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads accounts, remains your property. Voctos accesses it solely to deliver, measure, and report on your contracted services, and will not make changes to any connected ad account without your written or in-Portal approval.<\/p>

We may suspend or restrict Portal access for non-payment beyond the agreed terms, suspected security compromise, or misuse of the Portal, with notice where reasonably possible. Portal access ends when your engagement ends, subject to a reasonable period for you to export your own data and reports.<\/p>

Confidentiality<\/h2>

Each party agrees to keep confidential all business, technical, campaign, and performance information disclosed by the other party in connection with the services, including data displayed within the Client Portal, and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues for two (2) years after the engagement ends and does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.<\/p>

Intellectual Property<\/h2>

Deliverables prepared specifically for you under an active engagement, such as bespoke content, campaign creative, and custom reports, transfer to you upon full payment for the relevant work. Voctos retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, tools, templates, and know-how, and may reuse general techniques and non-confidential learnings developed during your engagement in work for other clients.<\/p>

Termination & Suspension<\/h2>

Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable proposal or contract. Voctos may suspend or terminate access to the Site, the Portal, or any service immediately and without prior notice in cases of non-payment beyond the agreed terms, suspected fraud or security compromise, or a material breach of this Agreement. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already earned under the Payment & Refund Policy above.<\/p>

Governing Law<\/h2>

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
